(I find Zulip's interface unspeakably baffling. It's not glitchy like Element. It's just really confusing. It somehow splits the difference between a forum and a chat room in a way that makes it feel cumbersome for the tasks either of those two traditional idioms excel at.)

Also, just completely by coincidence, my father, spouse, and 2/3 of my managers are MIT grads and also I lived next to campus for 10 years. Don't know why I mentioned that it's irrelevant
