#EpicLauncher is an epic piece of crapware.
I noticedf that the free space on my Arm PC is running out, so I thought I'd uninstall Sid Meier's Civilization VI, which I installed via Epic Launcher a few months ago.
Apparently, I can only uninstall it via the Epic Launcher. There's no entry in the normal list of uninstallable Windows apps.
Apparently, I cannot launch Epic Launcher without having it forcefully updated on me (which is a 400+MB download).
Apparently, even after the update, it will not accept my password unless I copy and paste it from another app, because using both AltGr and Shift at the same time (which signifies "fourth level" โ this is where the Lithuanian keyboard has characters like !@#$%) is blocked in the password field.
Apparently, even after I paste my password, I get to proceed through at least two if not three dialogs.
And then to uninstall it I have to click on the rather small "..." icon next to the game title, because that's where the uninstall option is hidden.
Blergh.
