It is past 9pm and completely dark, and we just got the last of the straw in. Ugh. Time to eat dinner, take the best shower of the whole year (I am SO FULL OF ITCHY STRAW right now), and then collapse in bed... will post a few pictures tomorrow.

I also sold one more goat yesterday! It was really nice to sell a goat to a family who is going to use her for milking for many years.
And unlike pretty much everyone else I've sold goats to around here, this family didn't even say anything that referred to cringy awful conspiracy theories! Delightful, but the bar is low here in rural Saskatchewan...

Because everyone needs it, here's a picture of a rooster who has moved in with the 3 boy goats who have to be kept separate from the girls until breeding time. It's like their own little bachelor apartment, they all share their grain, and sometimes the rooster roosts on the goats!
