Yesterday’s Ford Capri had a ‘Cologne’ V6 engine under its bonnet. Today’s Capri is built at Ford’s main German plant in Cologne and has an electric motor nestling between its rear wheels. It is based on Volkswagen’s MEB EV platform. The new Capri is a decent car but a slow seller.
