bumped into a bunch of elementary school students (maybe a couple of classes together) walking somewhere. rain or shine or deep freeze i don't know where they're going

my first year here i was a TA in a first year art class and we did a field trip to a place downtown and were supposed to meet there. and i got up in the morning and there was a -50 something windchill. and it wasn't cancelled

@forestine Yeah I have walked home from work in -40 air temp before. And there was wind. Or crossed downtown in similar weather in order to get to a bar on my birthday (with my partner at the time).

Growing up in Georgia I didn't realize air could be so CRYSTAL CLEAR as it is when it's -30 or below. Or that it could be too cold to snow.
