I try to get up and walk around every hour. Sometimes I get caught up with my embroidery so when the alarm goes off Summer and I run up and down our driveway together. We also remind her pal to move around a bit.
We saw this sky.
It might turn into a beautiful sunset.
It might not.
So we stopped to appreciate it in this moment because it will never look exactly this beautiful ever again.
We remind each other to enjoy the moment. -
