@ugone problema risolto.
È stato sufficiente effettuare di nuovo il flash della chiavetta usb con le iso Debian. Cosiglio di usare balenaEtcher per il flash dei supporti di installazione (anche per generare live). È molto meglio di Rufus, permettendo di generare la chiavetta di installazione anche solo indicando il link delle iso. Inolre fa il trim dello spazio libero sulla chiavetta permettendo di utilizzare i byte liberi.

Per il trasferimento dell’istanza da masto.host ad un VPS dedicato sto valutando due opzioni.
OVHCloud e Contabo.
Per me é importante che il server si trovi in Italia ma nella pagina web di Contabo c’é una generica opzione “UE”. Una delle location dei loro server si trova a Milano. É possibile selezionare il paese dopo aver acquistato il VPS oppure sceglie lui il paese europeo che vuole?
