@grep_harder questa iperbole sul risarcimento è la prospettiva dei fascio leghisti: persone "perbene" che aspettano l'occasione per sfogare violenza repressa. Non conosco i fatti precisi del caso che citi, ma non ritengo che il furto in casa di qualunque bene valga la vita di una persona, anche se quella persona è un ladro. Se non si capisce questo è impossibile il dialogo, esattamente come non si dialogava con i fascisti.

exactly. two things...
if this was a company, this goal would be horribly monopolistic. that's why any competitor that claims to share this goal but is driven by profit can't be trusted.
we must understand why the Nazi bar analogy does not apply or else this goal looks like fascism. when we share a space (like the web) but others' views are never forced on us, the shitty voices don't dominate the conversation. no algos and moderating hard for unwanted tagging is key.

@G3rt ad esempio, quando ho letto sulla stampa dell'enorme risarcimento provisionale (800.000€) che il famoso gioielliere dovrà corrispondere alle parti civili dei ladri somo trasalito: in quale Paese civile si prevede risarcimento per chi, volontariamente, compie in essere azioni delittuose e ne subisce, invece, un danno? Fermo restando potenziali rilevanze penali, come un eccesso di legittima difesa, penso che il risarcimento alle famiglie dei ladri sia un insulto a tutta la società civile.
