And there are 13 bags of gifts in my floor, for the crew at the cafe and the makerspace and the part of the television network that operates out of the US (sorry @reb) and NEHI.

And now I have 13 gizmos to configure.
1 is a CS-8 camera that I got as part of a promotional "hey you sell our stuff, check out this new product" thing shortly after I had ordered one for myself.
1 is a CD player.
2 are MP3 players.
2 are RG Cube gamedads.
1 is an RG flip gamedad. I got both of those in July, shortly before things went crazy.6 are classic gamedads that I purchased back in Jan for this purpose, because I was worried the tariffs were going to make it harder to get them.
I also have a boombox. I have to decide

@stefano the scam is that all of these things are too complicated for the poor shareholders to understand and so all decisions need to be delegated to professional managers and consultants.
They’re the only ones skilled enough to decipher the technobabble and keep the nerds honest.
It’s a lie of course. The only skill is in bluffing owners that they’re actually necessary.

Funny how management and C-suite roles are never part of the experiment.
If AI really excels at rational, unbiased decision-making, those positions should be the first on the list.
