I’ve just started typing on Choc v2 switches with the MX style cross head. Specifically 35g Kailh Islet Pink Mini Low Profile Silent Linear Switches, which are nice with no rattle.
The catch here is very few keycap options, short of 3D printing… oh look, another rabbit warren 🐇

@pjacock yeah, these PCBs support Choc v1 or v2, but as you noted, the key caps are more limited for v2. Tai-Hao has some very nice low profile MX style keycaps though that I bought for my Tecsee Puddings (medium height MX switches). https://www.tai-hao.com/catalog/ins.php?index_id=107
But I had the Sunsets and keyaps here already, so...

I created mine (MX, not Choc, though) with the YuzuKeycaps parent company.
