California has now joined the WHO. Every state in the Governor's Public Health Alliance should join the WHO too.

You'll have to ask other Governors why they've allied with Trump and RFK on health instead.

What would really help public health is universal health care.

Can you imagine if Biden had established a national health care system? Or the clintons or Obama had done it? The Democrats wouldn't have lost an election since!

@danwentzel @mmalc Blue states could have universal health care. or single payer, but would need to get control of Congress and the White House. Direct Medicare funding to no strings attached block grants to states. Some kind of mutual foundation where premiums and taxes are invested and the money earned goes back into the program. There are already successful models for this such as mutual insurance. (1/3)
