when using a recipe that measures by volume I don't do anything specific to the flour before measuring it out, and then I weight the result and if necessary adjust that at the next iteration

@lgsp @Coco_Claudi la certificazione della bilancia scadeva, lo spacciatore non poteva più usarla per la vendita, e gli è costato di meno comprarne una nuova
(ehm. no. non credo che gli spacciatori abbiano bisogno della bilancia tarata ufficialmente. anche se probabilmente usano le bilancine che costano davvero poco che si trovano dalla cina, quindi la seconda parte potrebbe starci)

@ilarioq devi fare il pairing del BT...dal BT del cellulare. ti apparirà un codice sul mini display da inserire nel cell.

@andre123 OK, allora adesso non so cosa fare, apparecchio è acceso, lo schermo riporta alcune info, ho un led che lampeggia in basso a DX ma l'app non trova l'apparato.
