I would normally blame myself for being careless.

Not this time; I blame "AI" slupidity even if it didn't have anything to do with it.

@afreytes I’ve been maintaining multiple profiles for years but I’ve been trying non-Firefox/Gecko browsers for the last month or so. What kind of bullshittery have they done now? I don’t know if I’d even want to come back if it’s that f’d up.

@ktnjared TL,DR; make sure the profile you intend to use is the one that is active.

There was something about new profile features. Thing is whatever they did, they silently logged me out of my profile everywhere, but NOT everywhere at the same time.

Since there are some plugins I use for work in conjunction with Containers. Suddenly, I had some unconfigured Containers in some machines but not others.

This sent me into a panic because I didn't realize I was looking at a profile-less FireFox.
