Everyone knows how to use deepl or libretranslate or google to translate a bit of text they don't understand. Encountering a bit of text in multiple languages makes this much more difficult.
By mixing up English and German in your post, you are not addressing English speakers and German speakers. You are making it understandable only to people who speak both languages.
So you're not including German speakers and English speakers – you're excluding them.
