"Cazzo" literally means "penis" (from the Latin "catulus", small dog), but the Mozilla translation is semantically correct since it is a word very often used as strong interjection (think to the use of the Spanish "coño")..

Coño would literally be the female organ, right? So, when we consider that the interjective meaning in English is fuck, we have that penis-in-vagina sex is basically a series of vulgar interjections if you pick the right language sequence:
