@southwind_niehaus didnt want to bother op with an aside but this is exactly why nothings really changed in the trades for women except for visibility. the harrassment is there, the violence is there, the condescension is there, the lack of pay the hitting the ceiling on your career, its all there just less visible and conveniently less for hr to deal with.

@SarraceniaWilds Yeah, that was my point with my message. As someone that was bullied in school, the usual reply I always had was "Just ignore them" .
With time, and reflection, I learned that the real message was "Let us ignore your problem". So they don't need to do anything. So they don't need to take responsibility. So they don't do anything.
Of course, men say that when other men harass a woman. Because confronting other men and making them see the piece of garbo they are, is not easy.

Si riporta di uno che creava servitù per campi e per strade nottetempo devastandoli, come metodo. Poi arrivava trafelato dicendo che i tecnici non avevano capito, ma ormai era troppo tardi e togliere tutto avrebbe provocato nuova devastazione.
Parliamo di uno che molto prima di Jobs aveva il campo di distorsione della realtà e disse che a Cortemaggiore c’era uno dei più grandi giacimenti di petrolio mai visti.
Aveva una visione, questo sì, sapeva fare.
