GOONS - Just means henchmen. No alternative meaning.
SIX SEVEN - A nonsense phrase/number that—by design—intends to infuriate older generations. In the toot, I imagine that there are two goons: one labeled Six and one labeled Seven. One of the running jokes in the 60s Batman series is that everything is labeled. MADE. ME. GIGGLE.

SLAY - Do something very well. Gen Z has widely adopted this phrase from Queer culture, specifically Ballroom culture from the 80s and 90s (and later brought into the mainstream from shows like RuPaul’s Drag Race). In the toot, Lux is commanding the minions to do well and to literally kill. Pretty worn-out pun on its own, but that’s okay—we’re only halfway done with the god damned toot.

NO CAP - No exaggeration. As in, I don’t have to “capitalize” my speech to get my point across. This is maybe the strangest use of slang in the toot: I use it to mean “no guns,” because when I was growing up “pop a cap” was colloquial for “shoot a gun.” In this context, Lux is making a pun themselves by saying both “no guns” as well as “don’t escalate the situation.” I’m not sure this was successful, but it was the intention. MMKAY.

BONE SMASHING - While not explicitly stated in the toot, there is a subculture online that promotes “bone smashing” as a part of a looksmaxxing routine. The idea is to literally break your bones to create a more angular jawline, something referenced in the toot: “Sharpen that jawline the 'ol fashioned way!” which in this context, means “punch Batman in the face!” BAM!

MEW - A technique to supposedly improve your jawline through specific mouth exercises. In the toot, it is a nonsensical substitute for “Pow!” If you are unfamiliar, the 60s Batman series would often use absurd onomatopoeia to indicate fight sounds. ZOWIE!

POOKIE - An affectionate term for a partner, best friend, pet, etc. This does not make any sense in the toot.
