I thought it had been lost to time, but here it is, highlighting how JetDirect wasn't exactly a safe and secure protocol, and reminding me that the other admin got upset with me until I removed it

Tutti giuristi e pochi tecnici.
E non è questione di cultura, ma di metodo.
Ad un umanista non interessa il risultato. Un opera è tale anche se non capita.
Un tecnico è legato al risultato.
Si ipotizza, si progetta, si realizza e SI CONTROLLA SE FUNZIONA.
Questo metodo si dovrebbe usare quando si va a votare.
Se una classe dirigente non va la si cambia.
Ed invece si continua a votare affabulatori.

Breve aggiornamento. Febbraio inizierà all’insegna delle temperature superiori alle medie e della pioggia (molta pioggia), in particolare al Nord e sul medio alto versante tirrenico. 1/4

@Giank_hill da noi stanno progettando di ampliare il porto di Catania (cemento a non finire naturalmente 😒) e abbattere i cosiddetti "archi della marina". È una struttura in pietra lavica costruita nell'800 per la ferrovia. Una volta il mare là arrivava, una volta. È uno dei simboli della città. Ed è un progetto assurdo. La questione è complessa, perché ci sono svariati regolamenti di mezzo, e per niente pulita. @Argo ne ha parlato e ne parla.
N.B. la zona del porto è una delle vie di accesso a Catania, che non è che ne abbia chissà quante. Ed è bella trafficata. Ampliarlo per fare spazio alle navi da crociera (sempre loro!) porterà ancora più caos.
