When (if) you hand-write, do you use all caps, mixed-case, or cursive?

When (if) you hand-write, do you use all caps, mixed-case, or cursive? I’m finding that writing in a tiny notebook, my writing is more legible if I write in tiny caps, in order to fit more on a page.

@SergKoren cursive, because it's easier on my hands, and works better with the dip pens I keep using because they are finer than the extra fine fountain pen nibs
