I found some statistics... but I don't know how reliable that website is.Maybe just Wordpress contributing to that squiggle?

@annika We talked about this on Thursday at work because one developer was saying jQuery is dead. As pretty much everyone says that started this job less than 10 years ago.
Saw the announcement for 4.0 a few months ago and I have the highest respect for the maintainers.
