@damianwalsh yeah, me too. I know the series is polarizing and some of the mechanics and loot box explanations can be a bit much. Books 6 and 7 are where the emotional side really hits its stride. If you keep going with them, please let me know when you get to Volteeg’s chapter in This Inevitable Ruin. If you can see your phone through the tears, that is! 😭😅 sheesh I’m a little steamy just thinking about it
