@kellyromanych i am not a scratch pastry cook so I cheat using grocery store frozen phyllo sheets instead. Cream cheese/fruit filling usually, though baklava is well received too.

Thanks @Broadfork It is indeed a very satisfying job. I like the tasting of greens best - and not (just) for the funny faces. The children are usually quite open to trying something new. And they are puzzled by what you can grow in winter in northern Germany.I like it much better than helping university professors with their didactics. Why would they need help anyway? They are professors! ;-)

I finally tackled some long-overdue tasks and revitalized our first garden bed! Using reclaimed wood from pallets and scraps found on the street, I reinforced the sides to ensure it can securely hold the soil inside. The before-and-after photos show the transformation from a damaged, unstable structure to a sturdy and restored garden bed.Wish you all a nice weekend!#Gardening #DIY #Spring
