I planted a Fuyu persimmon tree three years ago. It was then two to three year old. This year for the first time it bore fruit. Many of them. I was overjoyed when I saw them in May, but sadly they never got bigger. I finally decided to take them off the tree this morning, and there are about two hundred... I'm pretty sure that I needed to take many of them off the tree when they started to form. They still taste great though! Snack size!#groweverything #gardening #gardenersofmastodon
