@tsadilas @stefan ah, I see what you mean. I guess for WordPress it's a matter of perspective though, blogs were considered THE social media in their heydays. (Ghost is probably a different matter, still.)

@oblomov @stefan I don't disagree. But they are not social media though. And thus not representative of fediverse usage as a social media alternative.

@tsadilas @stefan isn't that exactly what the Fediverse is, though? Interconnected software sitting the same language. I'd say WordPress and Ghost have more if a right to be considered part of the Fediverse than, say, BS or even Threads, as some people want.

@stefan technically they are fedi servers but in practice I would count them as interconnected softwares, not actual part of the fediverse.

Also, did we celebrate one billion fediverse posts having been made? I might have missed that!
