Unravelled WitchA new drawing as I distract myself from reality. Yet another tiefling/witch type where I mess around with light and shadow. Perhaps a little messy in the end, though I *think* I'm happy with the red/blue colour contrast. Here are several older self depictions I have dran over the years.I guess you can easily tell which ones were drawn in the Corona years 😷My favorite among the older ones is the one with the two-colored background, that’s from 2021 or 2022. I just like the colors on that one and am generally quite happy with it. Sadly I do not have the jacket anymore that I wear on it, it fell apart way too quickly. Damn fast fashion.

Monsters have babies too. Baby monsters are even harder to find than the elusive "baby" pigeon. Very few folks can say that they've seen them, let alone created their portraits. I have been lucky. As you might imagine, monster parents can be a bit protective. Mothers in particular. They consider us (humans) more than a bit strange and potentially dangerous. It took most of my free time, lots of monster "treats" and carefully followed Monster Etiquette to befriend just a few of them. Even then, I felt a bit nervous and on edge as I made sketches of their most beloved offspring. It is always a good idea to remind oneself that monsters are ultimately unpredictable creatures, and should be given proper respect at all times. a tiny digital drawing from some social drawing site i used to hang out on in like 2011. this is the full resolution lolthe canvases had a max length of like 700px, and there were public boards where everyone could draw at once. i cant remember the name of the site and it almost certainly doesnt exist anymore... im so sad i forgot what it was called #mastoArt #digitaldrawing #illustration
