@readbeanicecreamLove the "Plain Text Kanban Board" idea and, if I may, I'd like to add a comment.I've always considered "blockers" (a.k.a. blocked items) not as a specific status (as Backlog, To Do, In Progress and Done are), but a condition of the work item itself, usually available during the "In Progress" phase (only).

@sandipbSo it's not Scrum, agile or Kanban, themselves, but their bad implementations. 😉

@st3fanIndeed best solution is value-centric.Luckily Kanban can manage things at multiple levels! 😁I mean: I even have my Kanban on the wall top manage my personal life... and taught it to my 10yo kid for homeworks and things. 😅@agile
