Wines should be allowed to breathe, but cheeses are routinely denied any such consideration. This was a cheese that was keen on taking liberties with cognition and perhaps soon geometry. The pamphlet the government sent out some months ago was long discarded but its recommendation that all dairies were required to be provisioned with shotguns now seems prescient. The countryside had enough sources of hot air, and no need for the cheeses to begin gibbering.
