@AAMfP so first, you have to have completed the Artemis path. Not sure if you have to finish the Atlas path also, but I did. At the end of Artemis, if you choose to reset the universe, it will guide you to it, so just warp again, and accept the communication signal. But I chose not to. I had to find a dissonant planet, and a dissonant camp, and then the game guided me. hth.
