@mahryekuh just wing it. If I want physical therapy I'll have to wait for a new medical insurance package next year, but -quote- "they're just going to give you a bunch of silly exercises that you won't do anyway" which yeah sounds about right.

But I will say, I'm currently sitting in the train's silent coupé (googling bedazzled walkers obviously) and for the first time everyone is actually quiet. A win is a win.

Mine started great with my gp telling me it's normal that my knees hurt "since you're closer to 40 than 30 now". Thanks girlie. ❤️
