Dopo la notizia del taglio del 64% ai fondi PNRR per le Comunità Energetiche Rinnovabili (CER) è arrivata la nota ufficiale del Ministero dell'Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica (MASE).
Una risposta che, invece di rassicurare, conferma i timori e ne accende di nuovi.
