@LJIt's been several years since I've seen one so I got lax in checking myself. My new apiary apparently has them.

Good morning!I got up this morning with intense back pain, but I was able to walk to the bathroom and then to the kitchen to feed Theo. I settled in my chair for a cup of coffee, then got down on the floor to do my stretches. That eased some of the pain, but not all. Then I got up, went out, and walked for a half hour. By the time I came home, most of the pain was gone.All I could think was how grateful I am. My sister has started using a walker to get around her house. One of my brunch friends, younger than I am, also uses a walker, while a second friend has become disabled and unable to leave her house or stand without help while she waits to get in to see a doctor. She's also younger than I am.This is why I walk almost every day. And I am so very grateful that I can. Keep on keeping on, my friends.#Today

Good morning!Back below freezing for my early-morning walk at 30F (-1C). But the sun is shining and it's supposed to warm up into the 40sF later on. And there were more signs of spring: the flowering trees have buds that are trying to open, daffodils are everywhere, and one of my primroses has a tiny flower on it. Today I have an errand to run, and then back to the same old writing, reading, and chores. And an adulting task I really don't want to do, but must: make an appointment to start the dental work I need to have done next month. Sob.#Today

@grumble209@kolektiva.social @robert@kolektiva.social There were so many awesome ideas in BeOS, that I wish they made their way into other systems today.Gruber was commenting on a post about how great Apple's TextExit was because of its support for the "stable" RTF format. But he fails to acknowledge that RTF is constantly updated to mirror Word by Microsoft.The awesomeness of BeOS's StyledEdit was that its files were actual plain text files, and readable by every other system. The "styles" were all saved as extended attributes in the filesystem.
