@RinostarGames never in my life I have used unreal engine, but I suggest checking if those plugins also have other build systems installed (makefile for make, cmakelist for cmake, or something else). Anyway, they should have some readme, contributing or compiling file that would provide all necessary instructions if ue cant just detect and compile them itself.
