@iftas OK, it can work. If it's not trouble for you. That's not your fault, it's platforms' fault.
They have over-talked about accessibility for years, but never properly allowed developers/designers to learn that it should be a by-design requirement.
Not to talk about accessibility rules which are complex to learn, for non-experts.

@talksina I'd be happy to transpose the form to a text document and you can write in the answers and selections, I can then fill the form on your behalf. If that's helpful, let me know if a text file would work.

@iftas I usually use google forms or microsoft form but it has many surveillance and disgusting stuff.
Unfortunately I have no alternative solution... I'll try another tool tomorrow

I believe Cryptpad works hard on web content accessibility but I have no doubt there is room for improvement.
