It is not "unqualified support." He tactfully said "when it makes sense," and he thus avoided antagonizing #Trump the way #Spain's #PedroSanchez did.

"… when ir makes sense" is an escape hatch for #Canada whenever it needs it.

European leaders are confused as are we, sometimes without a clue, lost in a position, trench war
They try not to lose what they have, no strategic vision
And they have not our support to try to do something more
We, the people, don't support them enough
We are lost in a position war
But we have our reasons to not believe in them anymore, we the people have been their battlefield, their gold mine, and don't want to be so, no more. Politicians are rich people's voice
