I bought a gaming PC. It's the first time I buy a computer for the express purpose of playing games*. I usually play on consoles.
I wanted to do a custom build. But this prebuilt seems good enough and has most of the things I had in my parts list. Plus I sort of got abnormal work-related deal to make it cost less. And...
I got it for my birthday. For this year's birthday. Which, I was told once, it was probable I wouldn't reach it.
But now the thing is here.
And...

And well, you see, I spent a lot of time thinking whether I should buy the thing or not, it still cost a pretty penny, and I dont... I'm not a miser or a penny pincher but I don't usually buy stuff I don't need. So I had this back and forth with myself. For a while.
And so it never actually occur to me LOL to check the size...
This thing is monstrous.
I... I don't even know if it fits in or on my desk! I might need to move everything around it.
Go ahead, laugh at me!

I am setting up my new hard drive. I think I want to put a NTFS partition at the end of the drive and a Linux partition at the start of the drive. I assumed NTFS wants to be created by Windows, so I went into "Disk Management" and it's… mysterious. I guess what I want to do here is create one "blank partition" filling the non-NTFS bits and then one NTFS partition filling the rest?
Does ANYTHING on ANY OS care if the GPT is created by Windows, Linux, whatever?
