Anyway.

Anyway. Time for the second pot of coffee for the day, made by my electronics-free Moccamaster. The smell will whisper the famous dutch words "Koffie is klaar" and I look forward to that moment of peace, watching out of my living room window on the calm life of my neighbourhood, leaned against the wall with a cup of hot, steaming coffee in my hand :)

When people stand together with (or without) a cup of coffee and engage in some smalltalk, the dutch verb for that is "lullen". Which literally translates to "penising". Now you know ;) The dutch language can seem intimidating but it also is a lot of fun :)

@jwildeboer
We have this in Italian as well. We say "cazzeggiare", which is also a literal translation of the same word.
