Ehhh America spends almost 90% more* per capita on healthcare than Canada, and yet, Canadians don't get hospital bills.America has the money. What needs to happen is the removal of health insurance execs from power and the eradication of lawful forms of corruption.
If United Healthcare and Friends can go around dumping millions corrupting officials, of course they will have it their way. If they can profit off suffering, of course they will.
