@Viss i actually had a really unusual experience with google fi support. when iOS 17 came out (september two years ago), it had a bug that made the phone download updates when carplay was enabled and my phone immediately burned through all of my data (i'm on google fi's pay-as-you-go plan).

i called apple and they told me to piss off and call google. i insisted that this was an apple issue, but eventually relented. i got in touch with google fi support and miraculously they credited my account like $25.
