@lritter @dysfun @solonovamax i am not a git user, i access git through mercurial and a bridge, and i name my main branches "stable" (the branch corresponding to the last official release) and "unstable" (the current wip/next-version development branch). this is both clearer and more useful than the branching conventions used by git users and i don't understand why anyone does things differently from me

@SnoopJ and like it's not like I go out of my way to fill my head with government propaganda, quite the opposite really, but it's a somewhat common occurrence for people to try to convince me the necessity of war / solving problems with violence / etc when it comes up that I'm a devout pacifist, so like I feel like I would have heard of something by now and I'm really weirded out that I can't think of anything

@dysfun @solonovamax "some racists in a small part of the world that thinks it is the entire world used a thing very wrong once and now we can't all use the thing anymore" - i really hope racists never figure that one out because then they'll just lick everything once and then everything just smells like trauma forever and we can't use anything anymore
