@catsalad I could list quite a few, but 素晴らしき日々 and CROSS†CHANNEL certainly stand out to me. I am not quite sure the latter had me actually crying all that many times (though it did a few), but the sheer emotional whiplash that the story delivers has definitely left its impact.

I really hope to be able to play both of them in their original language one day.

I may or may not also cry during the good ending of Chrono Trigger. And Crosscode.

... these all start with C, I should probably think of others. Earthbound probably doesn't count, everyone cries at Earthbound.

Oh! MYST. The ending to Riven and the end to Exile. Those two made me tear up hard, one because of how sad it was, the other because it was happy. And yes, I do mean the proper ending to each.

Oh, and the Jumi ending of Legend of Mana can go away, I don't need to shed more Teardrop Crystals.

@catsalad the one that immediately comes to mind for me is Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons. There's a specific moment near the end that hit me in a way that I've never had any game hit me before or since.
