I know there's a general "cause fatigue" with the current state of the world, and I feel it too.
But in my years working in privacy,
I don't think I've seen anything as terrifying as this European Chat Control proposal. And I'm not even European.Everyone needs to pay
much more attention and be much more worried and outraged about this.This proposal is the most dystopian glimpse into a horrible authoritarian future I have seen so far in the West.
It looks dismal, but we can still stop it
if we all work TOGETHER NOW ✊There isn't much time left though,

La ricetta originale usa anche il burro di cacao, che non avevo. Ho compensato aggiungendo più tahini.
Volendo si può aggiungere un po' di zucchero, ma io lo preferisco senza.
Gauthier gli dà più colore con un po' di barbabietola, ma secondo me non è necessario.
La ricetta originale usa cognac e porto, ma il marsala costa un decimo e funziona altrettanto bene.

Ricetta del patè vegano stile foie gras buonissimo e zero sbatti.
Ricetta per tre vasetti.
Rubata/adattata da quella di Alexis Gauthier.450 g di anacardi ammollati per una notte
40 g di miso (ho usato quello di orzo)
90 g di olio di cocco deodorato, sciolto
25 g lievito nutrizionale
1 cucchiaio di salsa di soia
2 cucchiai di tahini
un goccio di marsala
pepeFRULLARE TUTTO.
Quando è cremoso, metterlo nei barattoli e lasciare in frigo una notte (o mangiarlo subito e ACAB).Note a seguire
