Establish a generous UBI so creative people can do creative stuff out of pride. I guarantee the best person to be in charge of water supplies is a neurodivergent chemist. Put the autistic people in charge of rail travel. They will do it just because they like it. Need to clean up a polluted lake? Put a high-IQ person in charge who hates doing any actual work and give them a deadline. They will find the most efficient way possible to complete the task.
People will do these things because they want to and because we need it. It's human nature.

@meadow Thiiiiiiis. I am jumping through tons of hoops rn in hopes that someone will pay me $8500 for months of work to analyze where our broken TWSI in sidewalks are and make walking more accessible for blind people. I would do this for free if I didn't have to worry about food and housing!
