Si inventano la stretta sulla Pex, scrivono a bilancio un miliardo di gettito. Cambiano idea (diciamo cosรฌ), devono comunque trovare il miliardo, cosa si inventano? L'aumento della c.d. Tobin Tax. Che servirebbe ad affossare definitivamente Borsa italiana. Geni che ragliano.
