@cipper la democrazia ha bisogno , per funzionare bene, di parecchie cose : una popolazione che si tiene informata e segue la politica, una stampa capace di fare giornalismo (rompere i marroni invece di leccare terga), un discreto e diffuso livello culturale di base (non specializzata, cultura generale!) della popolazione e condizioni economiche dove non vi siano enormi diseguaglianze… occorrerebbe rivedere la società , non il sistema democratico in sé.
