@davew There is a slowing down. Might be exhaustion with -- shakes hands at everything-- or just social media exhaustion.

@davew On the other hand I’ve noticed certain social media is going gang-busters. My circles and circles of mutuals are all over places NOT Twitter, NOT FB, NOT Bluesky, NOT Threads, NOT Discord, etc. Hmmm, interesting, innit?

@davew Yes, because in our current times of tribalism people are more careful. If you get caught with the "wrong opinion" (means "not the opinion of the chiefs of the tribe") the tribe will hunt you and ruin your name. That’s not something people are interested in.
