Fellow cat owners. Do any of you have a cat who is... standoffish about seeming to eager or excited about getting things that they like?
For example if I make box for Pica to hide in she will look at it and pointedly walk away... (but, then go in it later when I'm not looking.) Same thing with food.
In fact, if you watch her? She's not going to try anything you offer her no matter how much she loves it.
Maybe she's just too nervous, or it's part of her "imperial" bearing ... who knows.

A quelli che "subiscono pazientemente" dovrebbero fargli almeno uno sconto su tasse, affitti, ecc.

@Alberto Da un certo punto di vista la casa indipendente può essere peggio.
Ad esempio se hai un'altra villetta vicina e il proprietario ti ammorba, hai ancora meno mezzi che in condominio per contestare.
Ma, in generale, capisco la tua posizione.

Non so, sarà che non ci ho mai vissuto.
Le poche volte che mi capita per N motivi di soggiornare in un condominio mi viene subito l'orticaria (per non dire altro). 🤷
