I'm mildly happy with this one. I don't like how it sounds. But I've been in a few variations of this scene, and I'm kinda happy I had the chance to see it as (bad) poetry.

@oblomov It could be a case, but both my daughters are currently studying the laws of motion at physics (and they consider me like a sentient wikipedia), and I think that this kind of dream is, in reality a physics book's exercise...
@bbatsov imo there's a difference: I've seen (and written) a ton of bad code but that "works".Like, 1000 line functions with global state which gives the right results.OTOH, LLMs still produce, relatively often, code that does not work and then pretend it does. Which sometimes people do too, but those are the people you want to fire.
@foone IIRC Nvidia bought almost everything in 3dfx. Whether the EULA transfers depends on the exact wording in the EULA, but it's entirely plausible they now own your ass.
