People much smarter than me will have better analyses, but here are my takeaways:
-Good news for us, bad news for wherever they are deployed next
-It's a small retreat, but it's a retreat. Meaning they are failing.
-Minnesota tactics work. Replicate them everywhere -

-Minnesota tactics work. Replicate them everywhereThey believed at one point that Trump had their back - the "absolute immunity" thing. Now they are clear that they will be thrown under a bus if it suits. I think we can assume that there is some hesitancy. Perhaps even some potential whistleblowers.
It is quite possible that they are pulling those who have become disillusioned one way or another. So just removing a contingent they could no longer rely on anyway, while painting it as a concession.
