"ICE" is cool. It's snappy. It's an acronym that looks good on a shield.
It's "Immigration and Customs Enforcement". *Customs enforcement*. The lamest fucking job a government has to do. Even Zootopia 2 had a throwaway joke about how fucking lame customs is.
And the fash can't stand to have the piss taken out of them. Too unfit for the army. Too illiterate for the police. Become a customs inspector and play military dress up.
