Guess who's going to the vet?
-
Home now: @Menhit was NOT amused. Seems in fine health, except her weight came in at only 1.9kg, down from 3.2kg in a year—I'm certain this is a weighing error but we couldn't get a second reading at the vet so will try to do one at home.
That cat carrier is about to be replaced: it's 10 years old and the plastic is getting worryingly brittle.

@cstross you are not feeding me enough cat treats.

@cstross
That looks a lot like a There Shall Be Consequences stare. Hope they're the forgiving kind. -

Guess who's going to the vet? (Annual checkup, no biggie)
@cstross IDK why every vet I've been to tries to weigh the cat alone, rather than just tossing the carrier on the scale with, and then without, the cat.

@jernej__s @cstross @Menhit Uncooperative cat is uncooperative, I'm guessing.

@PizzaDemon Phone typing in a taxi moving over cobblestones ain't great!
@cstross @PizzaDemon Apple's response to the "cobblestone problem" will be :
1- you're holding it rong! and
2- cobblestones are so last year.Reekie and Aberdeen Councils counter that they have not brought a new cobblestone for 75 years, and will reconsider the question when current stocks wear out.
